13 Medals for Iranian Teenagers at the World Invention Exhibition in the U.S.
WANA ( Aug 31) – Iranian teenagers won 13 medals at the 2025 International Science and Invention Exhibition in the United States. This prestigious scientific event was held from August 14 to 22, 2025, with the participation of 177 teams from 46 countries and the support of major technology companies. It provided a platform for the younger generation worldwide to showcase their scientific and innovative achievements.
In this competition, Iranian teams presented groundbreaking projects and won 3 gold, 4 silver, and 6 bronze medals.
Gold medals were awarded for projects including a smart app to facilitate communication for the hearing-impaired, the enhancement of mechanical systems using magnetic gears, and the dynamic behavior analysis of pneumatic muscles.
Silver medals went to projects such as an AI-powered smart trash bin, a smart pharmacy, the development of decay-resistant nanocomposites for oral health, and brain-signal analysis for seizure prediction.
Bronze medals were awarded for projects including the study of biomaterials’ effects on cancer cells, biodegradable packaging, a humanoid robot for child care, a drug-delivery hydrogel, a herbal anticancer nanogel for skin treatment, and smart safety solutions for children.
