The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has released new details about the 31st wave of its “True Promise 4” military operation in Statement No. 26 issued by the corps’ public relations office.

According to the statement, IRGC forces carried out the latest wave of the operation under the code phrase “Labbaik Ya Khamenei,” marking what it described as the first offensive operational step during the command period of Iran’s Commander-in-Chief, Ayatollah Seyed Mojtaba Khamenei.
