All Six Rail Points Damaged Following U.S.-Israeli Repaired
WANA (Apr 13) – Iranian engineering teams have successfully restored all six critical points of the national railway network that were targeted in recent U.S. and Israeli strikes. Within less than 40 hours, all damaged bridges and tracks were reconstructed, allowing train services to resume across all affected routes.
The strikes had caused significant damage to several key infrastructure points, including:
- The seven-span railway bridge in Qom
- The Yahya-Abad rail bridge in Kashan
- The arched bridge in Zanjan
- The Hashtrud railway bridge
- The Tehran–Mashhad rail lines in the Qaleh-No district of Ray
- The Chaharbagh railway bridge
Despite the destruction, the swift intervention by domestic engineers has ensured the rapid reintegration of these strategic corridors into the national transport grid.
