WANA (Mar 08) – Hundreds of protesters gathered on Saturday at 2:00 PM local time in front of the Los Angeles City Hall to demonstrate against war and the policies of the administration of Donald Trump.

The rally, organized by American anti-war and peace advocacy groups, brought together American, Iranian, and Arab-speaking participants. Protesters voiced their opposition through chants, banners, and signs, criticizing Trump’s government and condemning what they described as the global community’s silence toward the actions of Israel.

Several American activists from anti-war and peace organizations also addressed the crowd during the event.

Organizers stated that similar demonstrations have taken place in 50 states across the U.S. and will continue in the coming weeks. In California, simultaneous rallies were held at six additional locations.

In San Francisco, a diverse coalition of anti-war activists and community members gathered to protest the U.S. government’s involvement in the conflict.

Protesters in Istanbul also marched toward diplomatic hubs, denouncing the strikes on Iranian infrastructure and calling for an immediate end to Western military intervention in the region.
