WANA (Jul 08) – Israel’s Minister of Interior announced that an anti-Zionist rabbi has been banned from entering the occupied territories due to his meeting with Iran’s foreign minister.
Moshe Arbel, Israel’s Interior Minister, stated that Yisroel Dovid Weiss, an American Jewish activist and prominent speaker for the anti-Zionist group Neturei Karta, has been barred from entering the occupied territories because of his meeting with Seyed Abbas Araqchi, Iran’s foreign minister.
According to Hebrew-language media reports, Weiss met with Iran’s foreign minister on the sidelines of the BRICS summit in Brazil.
This decision comes in the context of Israel launching U.S.-backed attacks on Iran on June 13 (23 Khordad), which lasted 12 days. In response, Iran targeted Israeli military and intelligence centers with ballistic missiles and drones.
