WANA (Nov 25) – Iran’s Foreign Minister, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, arrived in The Hague early Tuesday to participate in the 30th Session of the Conference of the States Parties to the Chemical Weapons Convention.

 

During the international gathering, Araghchi will outline the positions and perspectives of the Islamic Republic of Iran on key agenda items in a formal address. He is also scheduled to meet with the Dutch Foreign Minister for bilateral talks on issues of mutual interest.

 

This visit comes as part of Iran’s ongoing diplomatic engagement on matters related to international security and efforts to counter weapons of mass destruction.
