WANA (Nov 07) – Iran’s Foreign Minister has responded to remarks made by the Israeli Prime Minister, who had claimed that Israel is a source of stability in the Middle East.

Following recent comments by Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, in which he said that “without Israel, there would be no Middle East, and the region would collapse under Iran’s dominance within seconds,” Iran’s Foreign Minister, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, issued a reaction.

In a post published on Friday on the social media platform X, Araghchi wrote:

“The so called “anchor of security in the Middle East”:

– Wanted for genocide and war crimes
– Imposing apartheid on 7.5 million Palestinians
– Bombed 7 countries over past year
– Occupying Palestinian, Lebanese and Syrian territory

Israel is the source of instability in our region.”
