Armed Forces to Continue Path to “Complete Victory,” Says Major General Abdollahi
WANA (Mar 24) – Major General Ali Abdollahi, commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, stated that Iran’s armed forces will continue their course until achieving what he described as “complete victory.”
In a message addressed to the Iranian nation, Abdollahi emphasised that, amid the current sensitive conditions, the armed forces remain committed to defending the country’s territorial integrity and will steadfastly pursue their mission.
He claimed that hostile forces, particularly the United States and its allies, had initiated an intense conflict with the aim of weakening and fragmenting Iran. According to Abdollahi, the early days of the confrontation saw the loss of several military commanders, with adversaries expecting a rapid collapse of Iran’s defence structure.
Referring to developments over the past 25 days, he asserted that, due to what he described as widespread public support and the efforts of the armed forces, Iran’s adversaries have been pushed back, while progress toward ultimate victory continues.
Abdollahi also criticized U.S. policies, portraying the country as a “fragile power” that has long relied on intimidation to dominate other nations. He claimed that Washington has now failed to achieve its objectives and is seeking a way out of the crisis.
In another part of his remarks, he referred to former U.S. President Donald Trump, alleging that he has turned to other countries after failing to meet his goals in the conflict.
Concluding his statement, Abdollahi stressed that Iran’s armed forces remain fully aligned with the country’s leadership and will continue their “proud path” toward final victory with the support of the Iranian people.
