WANA (Oct 04) – Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmail Baghaei said Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan would travel to Tehran on Sunday.

 

Baghaei said Mirzoyan’s visit would take place as part of ongoing Iran-Armenia consultations aimed at expanding bilateral relations and strengthening regional peace and security.

 

During the visit, the Armenian foreign minister is expected to meet with senior Iranian officials to discuss ways to develop and expand bilateral cooperation between Tehran and Yerevan, as well as regional cooperation in the South Caucasus.
