WANA (Mar 01) – Admiral Ali Shamkhani, Secretary of the Supreme Defense Council, and Major General Mohammad Pakpour, Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, were assassinated in an attack carried out by the United States and Israel.

 

According to reports, Admiral Shamkhani and Major General Pakpour were killed in the U.S.–Israeli attack that took place on Saturday.

The Public Relations Office of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced that the most massive and devastating offensive operation in the history of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran has begun, targeting the occupied territories and bases of American terrorist forces.

 

The General Staff of the Armed Forces also stated in a separate declaration that the criminal United States and the accursed regime would regret their actions.
