Baghaei: Europe’s Silence on U.S. and Israeli Actions Is Complicity
WANA (Mar 12) – Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman said today that Europe’s indifference and appeasement toward the actions of the United States and Israel against Iran amounts to complicity in crime, adding that “the world is watching.”
Esmaeil Baghaei, Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman, wrote on X on Thursday while sharing a video of European Parliament member Mark Botenga criticizing the indifference and support of some European countries toward what he described as U.S. and Israeli actions against Iran.
“By telling the truth, you choose the right side of history,” Baghaei wrote.
He added that the European Union’s indifference and appeasement in the face of “aggression, brutality, and crimes” by the United States and Israel is “nothing less than complicity and participation.”
“The world is watching,” he said.
