Drone Strikes by Iranian Army Target Israeli Military Infrastructure
WANA (Mar 21) – According to the public relations of the Iranian Army’s announcement No. 37, early this morning, drones of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army struck military infrastructure of the Israeli regime in the “occupied territories”, targeting fuel depots and the stationing areas of fighter refueling aircraft at Ben Gurion Airport.
The army statement emphasized that, despite severe censorship by the Israeli side, repeated attacks by the Army and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on the “occupier’s military installations”, air refueling operations, airport activities, and flights at Ben Gurion Airport have caused serious disruptions.
These operations have forced military personnel to relocate via railways, a process that could endanger civilian lives.
The announcement added that a comprehensive network of targets across the occupied territories gives the Iranian Armed Forces the capability to continue drone operations.
These attacks, the statement says, will persist with full force within the depths of occupied lands until threats against the Iranian nation are neutralized.
Ben Gurion Airport, beyond hosting fuel tankers and depots, serves as a base for special units and the Israeli Air Force, with nearby aviation industries and fighter maintenance facilities also located in its vicinity.
