WANA (May 05) – Iran’s judiciary chief said in a social media post that what he described as a “borrowed order” in the Persian Gulf has come to an end, emphasizing firm legal backing for security measures in the region.

Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei wrote: “The era of a borrowed order in the waters of the Persian Gulf is over.”

He added that legal support for establishing a “new order” in the region is a definite and unquestionable mission.

Ejei also warned against any actions threatening security in the Strait of Hormuz, stating: “Any act that disrupts security in the Strait of Hormuz will face a firm barrier and a strong field response from Iran’s forces.”

He concluded by stressing that legal support for those safeguarding the country’s territorial waters would be unconditional, comprehensive, and decisive.
