Finger on the Trigger… Iran will Respond Forcefully
WANA (Jan 27) – Israeli media have been frequently reporting in recent days that war is approaching. In the latest instance, the Hebrew Channel Kan stated that signs in the Middle East indicate a growing likelihood of a military confrontation between the United States and Iran.
On the other hand, some European sources have said that the Americans have sent a message to Iran, urging that if a minor attack occurs, Iran should not respond forcefully so the matter can end simply. However, this request has been rejected by Tehran.
It appears that Iranian officials have also informed Gulf Arab state representatives that even firing a single bullet would mean full-scale war and the ignition of conflict across the entire region.
But perhaps the best confirmation lies in yesterday’s statement by the Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon and the declaration a few days ago by the Secretary-General of the Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades, Kata’ib Hezbollah—both formally declaring themselves armed and ready to confront the U.S. military.
What behind-the-scenes reports suggest is that Iran has prepared multi-front operational plans and its finger is on the trigger.
