WANA (Apr 02) – Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi, the senior spokesperson for the Iranian Armed Forces, criticized Donald Trump, describing him as “the most brazen and rogue president of the United States,” and stated that the U.S. no longer holds its former credibility on the global stage.

 

He said: “Every time Trump speaks, his humiliation becomes more evident to the world.”

 

Referring to Trump’s “miscalculations,” Shekarchi added that the U.S. president entered confrontation with Iran based on flawed assessments. According to him, this approach can be attributed to two main factors: issues related to the Epstein case and pressure from Zionist circles.

 

Shekarchi continued: “Trump can be considered the most deceitful, disgraced, and contemptible president in U.S. history.”

 

He further stated that Trump had a misjudgment of the Iranian people, the armed forces, the country’s leadership, and senior officials.

 

The spokesperson also noted that following unrest in January, Trump and his allies assumed that the Islamic Republic was in its weakest position and made decisions based on that perception.

 

He added that by the end of the fifth week, it became clear to U.S. officials and the military that the reality of the United States differs from what it projects.

 

Shekarchi concluded by saying: “Today, the United States no longer holds the credibility it once had, including that of March 8, and ongoing developments indicate a continued decline in its global standing.”
