WANA (May 05) – Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Speaker of Iran’s Parliament, said in a post on his account on the social media platform X that a “new equation” in the Strait of Hormuz is in the process of being established, stressing that the continuation of the current situation will be unbearable for the United States.

 

In his message, he wrote: “A new equation in the Strait of Hormuz is taking shape. The security of shipping and energy transit has been endangered by the United States and its allies through violations of the ceasefire and the imposition of a blockade; however, their harm will be reduced.”

 

Ghalibaf added: “We are well aware that the continuation of the current situation is intolerable for the United States, while we have not even begun yet .”
