WANA (Jun 25) – In a forceful message to the Iranian nation, Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf emphasized Iran’s steadfast defiance against foreign aggression, asserting that the country will neither compromise on its missile and nuclear programs nor forgive the crimes of its enemies. His remarks came in the aftermath of recent escalations, during which Iran claims it has delivered a powerful response to both Israeli and U.S. actions.

 

The Speaker of Parliament stated:

 

“We will never let go of the bloodstained collar of our criminal, child-killing enemy.

 

Forcing the aggressor to halt its assault—without conceding to its demands regarding Iran’s enrichment and missile programs—means we have disregarded the enemy’s wishes and acted solely in the interest of our great and heroic nation. With absolute distrust toward the enemy, we remain ready, at all times, with fingers on the trigger, to deliver a firm response to any act of aggression.

 

By divine grace and under the wise leadership of the Supreme Leader, the historic unity and situational awareness of the proud Iranian people—alongside the brave resistance of our armed forces—have caused the criminal enemy to retreat. Despite spilling the blood of some of the purest and bravest children of this nation, it failed to achieve its malicious objectives.

 

The mighty hand of the Iranian nation, through the efforts of its armed forces, has repeatedly struck the worthless head of the Zionist enemy against the rock, rendering its so-called Iron Dome ineffective, devastating occupied cities, setting ablaze key military and security centers, and delivering proportional retaliation to the criminal U.S. at its military base. With courage, resilience, and unity, Iran’s brave children have staunchly defended our missile and nuclear achievements—pressing the enemy’s throat until the final minute without diminishing our offensive capacity.

 

We will not let go of this criminal and child-killing enemy, which ruthlessly martyred our children, women, and civilians—attacking residential areas, hospitals, welfare centers, ambulances, and other civilian and humanitarian infrastructure.

 

It is the duty of all of us officials to identify and repair existing vulnerabilities. We assure the proud Iranian people that, with God’s help, we will enhance our offensive and defensive military capabilities, as well as our security, intelligence, and social resilience in all dimensions.

 

The Iranian nation’s deep understanding, bravery, unity, and situational awareness were the brightest pages of these days of resistance—shattering the enemy’s hopes for years to come. The true defeat of the enemies of Iran was their utter despair in the face of the Iranian people. The Iranian nation has opened a new chapter in modern history, teaching the world a lesson in patriotism, unity, and valor. The world will unanimously praise the historic solidarity of the Iranian nation.

 

The United Nations, the IAEA, and international human rights organizations have disgraced themselves during this historic juncture. It was the people of Iran who, under the heaviest military and psychological assaults, embraced one another and stood by beloved Iran with patience and courage. The Iranian nation is the eternal victor—honored and triumphant in the pages of history.”
