Handala Breaches Robert Malley’s Systems, Leaks 150,000 Classified Emails
WANA (May 02) – The hacking group “Handala” has announced a major cyber operation targeting Robert Malley, the former U.S. Special Envoy for Iran and a key figure in Washington’s sanctions policy. The group claims to have achieved full access to Malley’s systems, resulting in a massive leak of sensitive data.
According to a statement released by the group, approximately 150,000 “top-secret” emails and thousands of private conversations from Malley’s official account on X (formerly Twitter) have been made public on their website.
Claims of Foreign Influence and Economic Pressure
The hacking group asserts that the leaked documents contain evidence of direct involvement by the “Zionist lobby” in designing and implementing economic sanctions against Iran.
Furthermore, Handala claims the records reveal close collaboration between Malley’s sanctions team and several Persian Gulf nations, characterizing these countries as the “executive arm” of projects aimed at exerting economic pressure on Tehran.
Expanded Cyber Targeting
In their message, Handala stated that after previously targeting senior Israeli officials, they have now turned their focus toward American figures involved in “economic crimes.”
The group emphasized that their intelligence reach knows “no borders” and promised to release confidential communications involving other prominent U.S. figures at a later date.
Allegations of Criminal Conduct
The group concluded its statement by leveling heavy accusations against the former envoy. They labeled Malley a primary figure among “terrorist criminals,” citing his role in designing sanctions that they allege have led to significant suffering and death among innocent populations.
