WANA (May 19) – The cyber group “Handala” announced that it had carried out a complex multi-layered cyber operation targeting the PFAP foundation, a supposedly non-profit organization that operated for years under humanitarian and charity cover.

According to information released by the group, PFAP was established jointly by the CIA and Mossad and functioned as a covert operational arm for planning, coordinating, and executing intelligence, financial, and influence projects across multiple countries.

Handala stated that major confidential financial transactions were conducted through the foundation under direct coordination between the CIA and Mossad to support sabotage operations, expand intelligence networks, and strengthen the economic and security infrastructure of Israel.

The group described PFAP as a central hub for supporting and expanding Israeli-linked networks, providing financial, logistical, and intelligence assistance for Tel Aviv’s policies and operations worldwide.

In its statement, Handala said that during the first phase of the operation, more than 639,000 classified documents were extracted from the foundation’s systems. The leaked files reportedly include contracts, donor lists, confidential meeting records, money transfer documents, internal emails, and other sensitive materials.

The group also announced that all sensitive and classified information obtained during the breach had been immediately transferred to intelligence organizations affiliated with the “Axis of Resistance.”

Handala further stated that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his cabinet present themselves as victims while collecting financial support in Western countries under the slogan of protecting Jewish communities, even as weapons and bombs continue to be manufactured and supplied for military operations in Gaza.

According to the statement, Handala has been monitoring what it described as covert financial deals and “fake humanitarian projects” carried out by networks in the United States and Europe in support of Israel.

The group concluded its message by warning citizens in the United States and Europe that their taxes and financial resources had been used to fund corruption, military operations, and controversial political projects linked to Zionist organizations, adding that further disclosures would follow and “nothing will remain hidden anymore.”
