WANA (May 15) – The hacking group “Handala” announced in its latest message that it has breached the private data of Samuel Shay, described as the mastermind behind Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visits to the UAE and a key architect of the Abraham Accords.

Exposure of Secret Israel-UAE Networks

Handala claimed that Shay serves as more than just a coordinator for back-channel agreements between Israel and Persian Gulf nations; he is allegedly the central facilitator for hidden economic, political, and security ties between Tel Aviv and Abu Dhabi.

According to the group, Shay utilized companies such as “Gulf Technology Systems” to build a complex network of joint projects across technology, energy, investment, agriculture, and strategic infrastructure involving Israel, the UAE, and other Arab states.

Handala asserted that this network is characterized by “corruption, money laundering, and the transfer of Israeli security technologies to suppress regional populations.” The group further alleged that Shay’s team directly managed secret contracts, financial transfers, security force training, and economic espionage against the “Axis of Resistance.”

Allegations of Mossad and Epstein Links

The released documents reportedly implicate Samuel Shay in efforts to freeze Hezbollah’s assets and undermine the Lebanese resistance.

Furthermore, Handala claims the leaked files show Shay introduced Epstein to Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem. The group alleges that through this connection, several UAE officials became entangled in Epstein’s network, which the Mossad subsequently exploited to coerce them into accepting Israeli demands.

Data Leak and Intelligence Sharing

The hacking group announced today that it has published 265 pages of Shay’s private calls, financial partners, and confidential communications on its website. Additionally, Handala stated that it has provided all information regarding Shay’s financial networks within resistance-aligned countries to the intelligence services of “friendly nations.”

Message to the West and Regional Leaders

In a message addressed to the people of the United States and Europe, Handala claimed that billions of dollars have been spent by “Epstein and Kahanist leaders” to brand regional mercenaries as “honorable models of prosperity,” while in reality, these funds only fueled poverty and repression.

The group concluded its statement by contrasting these figures with leaders such as Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Deif, Seyed Hassan Nasrallah, and Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, whom they described as standing against oppression. Handala stated that this exposure was carried out to reveal the “corruption, collusion, and espionage” hidden behind the mask of Israel-UAE friendship.
