WANA (Jun 24) – The Secretariat of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, in a statement declaring that “the vigilance and unity of the people shattered the enemy’s strategy,” emphasized:

 

“The Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, without the slightest trust in the words of the enemies and with fingers on the trigger, are ready to deliver a decisive and regret-inducing response to any act of aggression by the enemy.”

 

The full text of the statement from the Secretariat of the Supreme National Security Council, issued regarding the imposition of halting the war on the Israeli enemy and its evil supporters, is as follows:

 

“Indeed, those who said, ‘Our Lord is Allah’ and then remained steadfast – no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve.

 

Proud and resilient nation of Iran,

 

Following the Zionist enemy’s aggression, your brave and self-sacrificing sons in the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran responded to the command of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution and Commander-in-Chief, and with exemplary valor, struck back at every act of hostility by the enemy. In the most recent of these responses, the American base at Al Udeid and then the entirety of the occupied territories were targeted with missile strikes.

 

Your unparalleled vigilance, timely awareness, resistance, solidarity, and unity crushed the enemy’s main strategy and created the opportunity for the perseverance of the Islamic fighters and their astonishing power—built through years of creative and innovative jihad and continuous effort—to be employed over the course of 12 days of wise and bloody struggle, to respond to every aggression in a timely and proportional manner.

 

The divine gift in response to this profound and meaningful awareness and behavior of the nation, the prudence and efforts of the warriors, and wise leadership, was the help and victory that forced the enemy into regret, acknowledgment of defeat, and unilateral cessation of its aggression.

 

Accordingly, it is hereby announced to the great and heroic nation of Islamic Iran that the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, without the slightest trust in the words of the enemies and with hands on the trigger, are ready to deliver a decisive and regret-inducing response to any act of aggression by the enemy.
