Images of Iran’s Supreme Leader in Meetings with Military Commanders to Be Released
WANA (Aug 09) – The deputy commander of Iran’s Basij Organization has announced that images and footage documenting the presence of Ayatollah Seyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, Iran’s Supreme Leader and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, in meetings with military commanders as well as public appearances will be released in the near future.
Brigadier General Qassem Qoreishi said the materials will include footage of Iran’s Supreme Leader among the public, during field visits, and in meetings with senior commanders of the country’s armed forces.
He said the release of these documents would, in his words, “expose Iran’s enemies and those seeking harm against the Iranian nation.”
The remarks come as Ayatollah Seyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei’s public media presence has remained limited since the beginning of his leadership.
So far, his activities have largely been reported through written statements and official messages, while no public video footage or audio recording of him has been released since he assumed the position of Supreme Leader.
