WANA (May 13) – The Foreign Ministers of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan held a telephone conversation on Wednesday, May 13, during which they discussed recent developments in diplomacy, regional issues, and bilateral relations.

 

Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, exchanged views in a phone call focused on the latest regional developments and ongoing diplomatic matters between the two countries.

 

According to the report, the two sides also reviewed the current status of Iran–Azerbaijan relations and emphasized continued dialogue on issues of mutual interest.
