The Most Intense Iranian Strike Since the Start of the War

WANA (Jun 16) – In continued retaliation for recent Israeli military strikes, the Islamic Republic of Iran launched its eighth wave of missile attacks at 5 a.m. local time on Monday, targeting sites within the occupied territories. Arab and Hebrew-language media have described this as the most intense Iranian assault since the beginning of direct hostilities between Iran and Israel.

According to news networks, the scale and intensity of Iran’s overnight attacks on Tel Aviv and Haifa were unprecedented, prompting a state of emergency across large parts of central occupied Palestine.

Simultaneously, Israeli sources reported widespread power outages in central areas of the occupied territories. Hebrew media outlets stated that approximately 100 missiles were fired at various targets across the region.

Reports of Impact Sites

Hebrew-language media have so far confirmed missile strikes in several cities and regions. Preliminary reports indicate impacts in the following areas:

Tel Aviv, Haifa, Bnei Brak, Beit Shemesh, Petah Tikva, Netivot, Ayalon

These reports have not yet been officially confirmed or denied by the Israeli military. However, Israeli media outlets have reported scattered damage to urban facilities and infrastructure.

Iran’s Ongoing Response to Recent Aggressions

These attacks are part of Iran’s ongoing response to Israel’s airstrike on Iranian territory on June 13. Prior to this, the Islamic Republic had already carried out missile strikes against certain Israeli military positions.
