WANA (Mar 04) – Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said the country would pursue revenge “until the last breath” following the killing of students at a girls’ school in the southern city of Minab.

In a post on his official account on X, Ghalibaf shared a video of remarks by the mother of one of the students killed in the attack on the Minab girls’ school. Using the hashtag “#MinabGirls,” he wrote that Iran would stand firm in response to what he described as the blood of the country’s innocent and oppressed children.

“As long as these proud mothers and courageous women of Iran remain alive,” he said, “the path of the martyred Leader of the Revolution will prevail over every aggressor, traitor, and those who betray their homeland.”

He concluded by stating: “We will avenge the blood of Iran’s innocent and oppressed children until our last breath.”
