WANA (Jan 28) – In a telephone conversation between Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Thani, Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations and current international developments.

 

According to Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, both officials underscored the importance of maintaining cooperation and expanding ties across areas of mutual interest.

 

Referencing the latest regional and international developments, the foreign ministers emphasized the need for sustained diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions and preserve regional stability.
