WANA (Apr 21) – Major General Abdollahi, Commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, emphasized the full readiness of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, stating that any violation of commitments by the enemy will be met with firm, decisive, and immediate responses.

In a message, he highlighted the role of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in safeguarding the achievements of the Revolution, maintaining national security, and protecting the country’s territorial integrity, describing it as one of the main pillars of Iran’s defensive power.

Reviewing the IRGC’s record over the past decades—from confronting internal threats in the early years of the Revolution to its presence during the Iran-Iraq War and its engagement with regional and security challenges—he described the force as a source of pride and honor for the Iranian nation.

Referring to the current regional situation, he stressed that the strategic capabilities of the armed forces, particularly in the fields of missile and drone technology, have played an effective role in deterrence and in forcing adversaries to retreat.

The commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters further stated that the country’s armed forces, alongside the government and the people, and in full obedience to the orders of the Commander-in-Chief, remain united and fully prepared to confront any threat or hostile action. He underscored that any potential breach of commitments will be met with a firm and proportionate response.

The message concluded by emphasizing that the Islamic Republic of Iran, while maintaining its field superiority, will not allow its adversaries to exploit the situation or shape misleading narratives, and will respond accordingly to any violation of commitments.
