Iran Sends 14-Point Response on Ending the War via Pakistani Mediator
WANA (May 03) – As indirect exchanges between Iran and the United States continue through Pakistan as an intermediary, the Islamic Republic of Iran has reportedly delivered its written 14-point response outlining its framework for ending the war to the American side via this diplomatic channel.
According to informed sources, the response was prepared in reaction to a 9-point proposal presented by Washington. In its reply, Tehran has not only reiterated its core red lines and principled positions, but has also put forward a structured roadmap aimed at bringing an end to the imposed war.
Available information indicates that the message was transmitted following the usual decision-making procedures within relevant state institutions and after obtaining the necessary approvals.
Meanwhile, assessments suggest that the continuation of diplomatic communication through Pakistan—although taking place in an atmosphere marked by skepticism and mistrust toward the United States—is viewed as a sign of Iran’s sustained diplomatic engagement and its determination to safeguard its national interests and rights in any potential conflict-resolution process.
