Iran Stages Military Drill in World’s Vital Energy Corridor
WANA (Aug 21) – Today, Iran’s Navy successfully conducted its 1404th missile exercise, aptly named “Stable Authority.” The mission achieved all predefined objectives, showcasing the effectiveness and precision of the naval forces.
The exercise featured a diverse array of assets, including both surface and subsurface vessels, aerial units, land-based shore-to-sea missile installations, sea-based missile platforms, and specialized jungle units. These various forces engaged in meticulously planned scenarios that highlighted their operational readiness and technological capabilities.
A particularly noteworthy aspect of this exercise was the synchronized elimination of a designated surface target located in the sea. This was achieved through the coordinated use of several advanced weapon systems: the “Nasir” and “Qadir” naval cruise missiles, “Qadir” shore-based and anti-ship missiles, and “Bavar 5” drone destroyers.
