Iran to Publicly Release Names of Victims of Recent Incidents
WANA (Jan 29) – The Deputy for Communications and Information at the Office of the Iranian President announced that the names and identifying details of all victims of the recent incidents will be publicly released.
Mehdi Tabatabaei wrote on his X (formerly Twitter) account:
“By the order of the President, the names and details of all those who lost their lives in the recent tragic incidents will be published publicly.
A mechanism has also been established to ensure that any contradictory information or assertions are carefully examined and verified.
This measure is a clear response to fabrications and the manipulation of statistics. ‘So that those who deceive may be exposed…’”
