Iran: U.S. “Humiliated” as New Wave of Operations Targets Regional Bases
WANA (Apr 07) – The spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters stated that the United States has been “humiliated” in West Asia, as Iranian forces launched a new wave of coordinated operations across the region.
According to the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters statement, naval and aerospace units of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps carried out the 98th wave of “Operation True Promise 4,” targeting U.S. and Israeli-linked command centers, logistics hubs, and military-industrial infrastructure.
The statement claimed that a container vessel identified as SDN-7, described as linked to Israel, was struck by a cruise missile and caught fire. It also reported that a U.S. amphibious assault ship, USS Tripoli (LHA-7), was targeted and forced to withdraw.
Multiple locations, including areas in and around Tel Aviv, Haifa, Beersheba, and Petah Tikva, were reportedly hit by ballistic missiles.
The statement further said that a drone production site in the United Arab Emirates and aircraft at Ali Al Salem Air Base were targeted. Additional strikes were reported on the Al-Udeiri base in Kuwait and U.S. facilities at Camp Victory in Baghdad.
The Islamic Republic of Iran Army also reported drone strikes on Al-Kharj base—also known as Prince Sultan Air Base—and Camp Al-Udeiri using Arash-2 drones.
According to the statement, additional drone strikes targeted five locations in northern Iraq described as bases for armed groups.
Iranian officials said the operations were carried out in response to recent actions attributed to opposing forces and emphasized continued military readiness.
