WANA (Jun 11) – Major General Abdolrahim Abdollahi, commander of Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, warned that any renewed U.S. military action against Iran would trigger a broader conflict extending beyond the Middle East.

 

Abdollahi said that if the United States launches another attack on Iran, the resulting conflict would not remain confined to the region but could escalate into a wider and more extensive confrontation.

 

He criticized what he described as contradictory U.S. behavior, stating that Washington speaks of negotiations and agreements while simultaneously engaging in hostile actions. According to the Iranian commander, this inconsistency is a key source of instability in the region.

 

Abdollahi argued that such policies have jeopardized international trade and economic security, particularly in the strategically important Strait of Hormuz, through which a significant portion of the world’s energy supplies passes.

 

The commander also said U.S. leaders lack a proper understanding of the Iranian people and the capabilities of Iran’s armed forces, claiming that Washington continues to repeat what he described as false narratives and miscalculations.

 

He further accused the United States of attempting to conceal its setbacks through media campaigns and information warfare, asserting that such efforts would not succeed in masking what he characterized as repeated failures against Iran.

 

Issuing a direct warning, Abdollahi stated that any future U.S. attack on Iran would be met with a response stronger than previous ones. He said the consequences would not be limited to regional instability but could lead to a much wider conflict.

 

Referring to recent U.S. threats against Iran’s oil infrastructure, the commander added that “either oil and gas exports will be available to everyone, or no one will be able to benefit from them.”
