Iran Warns of “Zero Restraint” if Infrastructure Is Targeted Again
WANA (Mar 19) – Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s foreign minister, issued a stark warning, stating that Tehran will show “no restraint” if attacks on its infrastructure are repeated.
In a post on X, Araghchi wrote that Iran’s response to what he described as Israel’s attack on its infrastructure “employed a fraction of our power,” emphasizing that restraint was exercised only out of respect for calls for de-escalation.
He warned that there would be “zero restraint” if Iranian infrastructure is targeted again, adding that any resolution to the conflict must include accountability for damage to civilian sites.
Araghchi’s words are as follows: “Our response to Israel’s attack on our infrastructure employed FRACTION of our power. The ONLY reason for restraint was respect for requested de-escalation.
ZERO restraint if our infrastructures are struck again.
Any end to this war must address damage to our civilian sites.”
