WANA (Jul 29) – The Iranian national economics team delivered an impressive performance at the 8th International Economics Olympiad 2025, held in Azerbaijan, with participation from top students across 53 countries.

 

Competing on the global stage, the team secured a total of four medals: two silver and two bronze. Mohsen Payandeh Peyman, and Abolfazl Modirroosta earned silver medals, while Parsa Sedaghat and Alireza Ahmadi brought home bronze medals.

 

This achievement highlights Iran’s growing excellence in the field of economics education and international competitions.
