Iranian and Omani Foreign Ministers Hold Phone Talks on Regional Developments
WANA (Mar 22) – In a telephone conversation, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister, discussed the latest regional developments with Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman.
During the call, Araghchi extended his congratulations on Eid al-Fitr and outlined Iran’s views on recent regional developments, including what he described as “unjust aggression by the U.S. and the Zionist regime” against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
For his part, Albusaidi reciprocated the Eid al-Fitr greetings and also congratulated the Iranian foreign minister and the people of Iran on the arrival of the Persian New Year, Nowruz.
At the end of the conversation, both sides emphasized the importance of continuing consultations and coordination between the two countries on regional issues.
