WANA (Mar 09) – The Iranian Army announced that a series of drone strikes had targeted American and Israeli positions in the region, including locations in the occupied territories and U.S. facilities in Kuwait.

According to Statement No. 19 issued by the Iranian Army, several hours ago units from the Army’s ground, air, and naval forces launched attacks using loitering drones against what it described as “U.S. and Zionist targets.”

The statement said the strikes targeted several sites, including the Rehavam combat support unit, an early-warning radar station at U.S. Base 512 in the occupied territories, as well as U.S. equipment storage facilities and gathering centers at Camp Al-Adiri in Kuwait.

Iranian military officials said the operation was carried out by coordinated drone units from multiple branches of the army. Further details about the scale of damage or casualties were not immediately available.
