WANA (Jul 22) – The Iranian Army announced that it had carried out the 21st phase of Operation Saegheh, launching a drone strike against a U.S. military installation in Kuwait.

According to a statement issued by the Iranian Army’s Public Relations Office, the operation was conducted in response to what it described as continued U.S. attacks on parts of Iran. The statement said that a large number of explosive drones targeted ammunition depots and the logistics facilities of the U.S. Army Ground Forces Command at Camp Doha in western Kuwait.

The Iranian Army described Camp Doha as one of the most significant U.S. military bases in western Kuwait and a key logistical hub supporting American forces across West Asia. It said the base hosts substantial quantities of military equipment as well as U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force personnel.

The statement added that the strike was carried out as part of the 21st phase of Operation Saegheh and emphasized that the Iranian Armed Forces remain fully prepared to respond decisively to any further actions or military escalation by the United States.
