Iranian Army Launches Phase 23 of Operation Saegheh, Targeting U.S. Bases in Kuwait
WANA (Jul 23) – The Islamic Republic of Iran Army announced the commencement of Phase 23 of “Operation Saegheh”, executing a new wave of heavy kamikaze drone strikes against three key U.S. military installations in Kuwait.
According to a statement released by the Army’s Public Relations office, the strikes were launched in retaliation for ongoing U.S. military operations against Iranian territory.
“In response to the continued aggression and hostility of the evil enemy against our country, the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, during the 23rd phase of Operation Saegheh, targeted U.S. ammunition and logistics depots at Camp Doha, fuel storage tanks at Ali Al Salem Air Base, and ammunition facilities at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait with a heavy barrage of suicide drones,” the statement read.
The military statement concluded with a call for national solidarity as regional hostilities continue to escalate:
“The Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran emphasizes the greatness and resilience of Iran in its confrontation with the ultimate enemy of humanity, stressing that preserving this authority requires strengthening unity, synergy, and adherence to the slogan ‘All of Iran for Iran.'”
