Drafted with a political and legal approach, the statement describes Trump’s positions as “insulting, interventionist, and contrary to well-established principles of international law.” The signatories reaffirm their commitment to the path outlined by the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, and its continuation under the leadership of Ayatollah Khamenei.
