WANA (Sep 03) – The Public Relations Office of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army has announced the 31st phase of its “Saeqeh” operations, reporting missile and drone strikes against two U.S. military bases in Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.

According to the statement, Iranian forces targeted Ahmad al-Jaber Air Base in Kuwait early Thursday with missiles and loitering attack drones. The Army said satellite communications systems, equipment storage facilities and fighter aircraft hangars at the base were struck.

The statement claimed that the attacks caused damage to communications systems and fighter aircraft hangars.

In a separate strike as part of the same operation, Iranian forces targeted U.S. troop deployment areas and radar systems at Al Minhad Air Base in the UAE with missiles and drones, according to the Army.

Iran’s Army described Ahmad al-Jaber as a key logistics and support hub for U.S. forces in the region, with an important role in American air operations and surveillance missions. Al Minhad was also described as a major center for the logistical support and aerial movement of foreign forces.

The Army’s Public Relations Office said Iranian forces would continue responding to U.S. attacks and that the operations would continue until what it described as “final victory and punishment of the aggressor.”
