Iran’s Foreign Trade Surpasses $94 Billion
WANA (Jan 29) – Iran’s Customs Administration announced in a report that the country’s total foreign trade reached $94.123 billion in value during the first ten months of the current Iranian year (March 2025 to January 2026).
According to the report, Iran’s total foreign trade in the ten-month period amounted to $94.123 billion in value and 163.213 million tons in weight.
Compared with the same period last year, the value of foreign trade declined by 11.36 percent, while its volume increased by 2 percent.
The report added that during this period, 130.036 million tons of various goods worth $45.015 billion were exported to different countries.
Compared with the corresponding period last year, exports rose by 1.44 percent in weight but fell by 6.3 percent in value.
According to the data, Iran imported 33.177 million tons of goods worth $49.107 billion during the same ten-month period.
This represents a 4.6 percent increase in import volume and a 15.6 percent decrease in value year-on-year.
