WANA ( Jul 18) – Iran’s Minister of Intelligence, Hojjatoleslam Seyyed Esmaeil Khatib, stated that infiltration has always existed in the country and will continue to exist — just as Iran, in turn, has its own infiltration within other countries, including the Zionist regime.

 

In an interview about the achievements of the Ministry of Intelligence in detecting foreign infiltration at high levels, Khatib said:

 

“Infiltration has always been present in our country and will continue to be — just as we ourselves have penetration into other countries and the Zionist regime.”

 

When asked whether Iran’s intelligence ministry had discovered infiltration at senior levels, he replied:

 

“Cases of infiltration are announced by the judiciary. Whenever the Armed Forces, the Police, the Intelligence Ministry, or the IRGC’s Intelligence Organization take action, the cases are handled and prosecuted by the judiciary. What is officially reported in the news and intelligence bulletins is documented and based on evidence — not speculation, misrepresentation, or fake news.”

 

In response to a question about whether the ministry had made any progress in identifying infiltration gaps at high levels, Khatib noted: “Achievements are publicly announced as they are made.”
