WANA (Feb 11) – The Public Relations Office of Iran’s Quds Base of the IRGC Ground Forces announced that Quds Base forces—comprising personnel from the Intelligence Directorate, the Law Enforcement Command, and the IRGC—successfully identified and neutralized a terrorist cell in Khash County overnight through intelligence monitoring.

According to the report, following the discovery of the cell’s hideout, an ensuing clash resulted in the deaths of four members of the terrorist group, while several others were arrested.

The group had reportedly carried out multiple recent terrorist operations in Iran’s southeastern region.

Authorities said they seized a significant cache of weapons and materials from the hideout, including several Kalashnikov rifles, M4 rifles, grenade launchers, ammunition, grenades, and other terrorist equipment.

In a separate operation, a number of individuals affiliated with terrorist groups were also identified and arrested on the outskirts of Zahedan County.
