WANA (May 01) – Chief Justice Mohseni Ejei announced that while the Islamic Republic of Iran remains open to diplomatic engagement, it will strictly reject any negotiations based on coercion or “imposition.”

Speaking to judicial officials, Ejei emphasized that the nation’s diplomacy remains an extension of its defensive strength and that Iran has never abandoned the negotiating table when approached with logic and rationality.

Strategic Diplomacy and National Consensus

Ejei clarified that the refusal to accept dictated terms is a point of absolute consensus among Iranian officials. He asserted that an enemy who has failed to achieve its goals through aggression and threats will not be permitted to achieve them through “excessive demands” during talks.

The “Field” and Diplomacy: The Judiciary Chief noted that Iranian diplomacy functions in tandem with its military and strategic presence the field.

Unified Voice: While acknowledging that some individuals might hold differing opinions with good intentions, Ejei stressed that all views must align with the country’s macro-policies and national interests under the leadership’s guidance.

Stance on Conflict and National Unity

Addressing the regional tensions, Ejei stated that while Iran does not seek war, it harbors no fear of it. “If our dignity is threatened, we will fight for it,” he declared, citing a domestic “self-sacrifice” campaign—reportedly involving over 30 million citizens—as a deterrent to adversaries.

He further highlighted the importance of national cohesion, describing current internal unity as being at its “peak” and urging officials to guard against any actions that could undermine this solidarity.

Legal Retaliation and Global Standing

The Chief Justice confirmed that Iran is actively pursuing legal avenues both domestically and internationally to seek reparations for “crimes and aggressions” committed by the U.S. and Israeli regimes.

“We will continue to pursue, punish, and demand compensation from war criminals with strength and vigor,” Ejei said.

He also remarked on Iran’s position in the “new world order,” claiming the nation holds an influential and distinguished role in the global power geometry, bolstered by the sacrifices of its “martyrs”.

Preparedness and Resilience

Warning against complacency, the judiciary chief cautioned that a “defeated and wounded enemy” will likely increase its conspiracies or attempt further aggression.

He mandated that “sustainability and resilience” must be the core tenets of all national planning, regardless of whether an immediate threat is perceived.
