WANA (Jun 10) – The commander of Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters has declared that the nation’s security and strategic deterrence are derived from public backing rather than purely military hardware, praising the population for an unprecedented 100 consecutive nights of public demonstrations.

 

In an official message marking the milestone, Major General Ali Abdollahi expressed gratitude to the Iranian public for their sustained presence in the streets, describing the gatherings as a powerful display of national unity amid ongoing regional tensions.

 

Power Beyond Weaponry

In his address, Major General Abdollahi emphasized that military assets alone do not define Iran’s strategic leverage on the global stage.

 

“The security, power, and dignity of this land do not rely solely on military equipment and capabilities,” Abdollahi stated. “Rather, it is built upon a massive foundation of popular support, revolutionary faith, and the unbreakable bond between the nation, the leadership, and the Armed Forces.”

 

The commander noted that this sustained public presence has evolved into a core component of the Islamic Republic’s strategic deterrence. He added that it sends a clear message to adversaries—specifically naming the United States and Israel—that the nation’s political and military will remains unyielding.

 

Tributes to Leadership and “The Ramadan War”

The general’s statement highlighted the ideological continuity of the state, referencing both late and current leadership:

 

Honoring the Late Leader: Abdollahi described the mobilization as the realization of a new awakening foretold by the late Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, in his final days leading up to the “Ramadan War.”

 

Allegiance to the New Succession: The message explicitly renewed the military’s allegiance to the current Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Seyed Mojtaba Khamenei.

 

Call for Continued Mobilization

According to the commander, international adversaries have been forced to recognize their inability to break Iran’s domestic resolve.

 

Abdollahi concluded his address by urging the public to maintain their presence in the public square with the same momentum, unity, and vigilance, stating that the demonstrations should continue until the Supreme Leader dictates otherwise to secure Iran’s independent and sovereign future.
