WANA (Apr 14) – Iran’s Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad has praised the country’s oil export performance, describing sales during the Iranian calendar months of Esfand and Farvardin (late February to mid-April) as “satisfactory” and a source of national encouragement.

Speaking on the resilience of the energy sector, Paknejad lauded the “sacrificial” efforts of personnel across the Ministry’s four main subsidiaries.

He highlighted the strategic performance of operational teams at the Kharg Island terminal, who ensured that “not a single day of oil exports was lost” during the peak of the recent war.

The Minister noted that revenue from these sales will be prioritized for the reconstruction and optimization of the oil industry’s infrastructure.
