WANA (Sep 12) – Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian will travel to Qatar to participate in an emergency summit of Islamic and Arab leaders, organized by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Arab League.

 

The meeting aims to support the Qatari government following the recent Israeli attack and to condemn Israel’s crimes in Doha.

 

The emergency summit will be held next Sunday and Monday in Qatar’s capital, with Iran among the high-level delegations attending the conference.

 

President Pezeshkian is scheduled to attend the summit and deliver a speech.

 

It is worth noting that following this trip, the President has returned to Tehran and will depart for New York to attend the United Nations General Assembly.
