WANA (Jan 28) – Read the latest remarks by Iranian officials regarding U.S. threats against Iran here.

Shamkhani: “Iran’s response will be unprecedented.”

Ali Shamkhani, Special Representative of the Supreme Leader in the Supreme Defense Council: “Limited strike” is an illusion. Any military action by the United States, from any point of origin and at any level, will be considered the start of a war, and the response to it will be immediate, comprehensive, and unprecedented. The aggressor, the heart of Tel Aviv, and all supporters of the aggressor will be targeted.”

Iran’s FM response to Trump’s recent threat: “Our brave armed forces are ready, with their fingers on the trigger.”

Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Foreign Minister:

  •  Our brave armed forces are fully prepared and ready, with their fingers on the trigger, to swiftly and decisively respond to any aggression against the soil, airspace, and territorial waters of our beloved country.

  •  The valuable lessons learned from the 12-day war have given us the capability to now respond with greater strength, speed, and intensity.

  •  At the same time, Iran has always welcomed a fair, just, and mutually beneficial nuclear agreement—one that is based on equal footing and free from any coercion, threats, or intimidation.

  •  An agreement that ensures Iran’s right to access peaceful nuclear technology and guarantees non-proliferation.

  •  Such weapons have no place in our security calculations, and we have never sought to obtain them.

Spokesperson of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps: “The Military Option Against Iran Has Failed.”

General Naeini:

  •  The Americans are seeking to incite tension and inject false fear into Iranian society

  •  The experience of the 12-day war showed that the military option against Iran has failed, and it is the armed forces of the Islamic Republic that determine the endgame of war with their initiative.

  •  Frightening through war imagery and deploying aircraft carriers is an old tactic of American officials. White House officials are in a state of confusion and helplessness in the face of Iran’s resistance during the armed unrest and the 12-day war.
