Iran’s Shooter Foroudi Wins Silver at Asian Shooting Championship
WANA (Aug 25) – On Tuesday, the eighth day of the Asian Shooting Championship in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, Iran’s young shooters competed in the junior and youth trap events. Shayan Foroudi secured the silver medal in the junior category with a total score of 106, finishing just behind the Indian shooter.
Meanwhile, Amir Mohammadian, competing in the youth category, scored 100 points and placed 21st overall.

With this achievement, Iran’s shooting team has now won a total of 12 medals at the championship: three bronze in the senior category, and in the junior category, one gold, five silver, and three bronze.
