Iran’s Target List Updated Daily, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Says
WANA (Mar 11) – Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman said the country’s armed forces have full authority to respond to recent attacks and that Iran’s list of military targets is being updated on a daily basis.
Speaking to Al Mayadeen, Esmaeil Baghaei, spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of Iran, said Tehran had responded to enemy aggression “with full strength and readiness.”
Baghaei said Iran had used its domestic capabilities to strike targets in territories controlled by Israel, as well as locations used by United States forces in several countries across the region.
He stressed that Iran’s armed forces have full authority to respond to the attacks, adding that strikes on U.S. bases and facilities linked to the operations against Iran fall within the framework of Tehran’s response.
The Iranian spokesman also said there is extensive information indicating accurate strikes on designated targets, noting that Iran’s “target bank” is updated every day to guide future operations.
Baghaei further accused the United States of betraying the diplomatic process twice and of spreading numerous false claims regarding recent developments.
He added that Iran’s actions are being carried out in what Tehran considers a legitimate response to military aggression against the country.
